Protan Wira Super Special Edition

Proton Wira is the car that you can see everywhere in Malaysia. Inspired and using Mitshubishi Lancer platform, Wira is the most successful Proton's product. It is cheap and have various range of choice. You can choose either 1.8, 1.6, 1.5 or 1.3 liter engine. Also, you can choose either sedan or hatchback. In addition, Proton Wara had not less than 7 choice of color.

The car below is origanally Proton Wira Special Edition (SE). It is the latest and most stylish Proton Wira. It's come with 16" wheel, skirting and a lot of accessories. But, someone feels it not enough. So, it's come the Proton Wira Super Special Edition (SSE).

The front side of this Wira SSE looks like Honda EK series, perhaps. Besides, the side skirt is connected with costom made wheel arc. It seems little less wide body concept. And it's rear bumper is totally custom made. Actually tou can't define what car it is until you see the rear lamp. That's the original Proton!

Toyota SEG1.6 Sporty Style

I think Toyota SEG most valuable car. Besides it has a huge space, the engine is reliable and durable. For modified auto car lover that think the standard SEG engine is not powerful enough, they can easily change to supercharger engine. Toyota is well known as Japan car manufacturer who produce supercharger engine through their legandary model AE86.

The picture below, is a standard Toyota SEG. The owner fells that he's SEG not had a lovely look. So, he dicided to install some bumper and side skirt. Even that is small modification, but it give his SEG look very stylish and smart.

Proton Q2 profit jumps to RM44m

From btimes.com

National carmaker Proton Holdings Bhd's (5304) second-quarter net profit surged more than tenfold, thanks mainly to improved margins and its popular Saga and Persona.

However, the carmaker warned of challenging times ahead and that its second-half performance may be weaker as the economy slows.

"We are realistic that moving forward, the operating environment will be very challenging," said chairman Datuk Mohd Azlan Hashim.

The Malaysian Automotive Association expects weaker car sales in the fourth quarter this year, due to stricter borrowing terms and consumers cutting back on spending.

Proton said it will continue to improve its operational efficiency and minimise costs.
Proton, in the second quarter to September 30, sold more than 44,000 vehicles, or 12 per cent more than the 39,888 units it sold in the same period last year. For the six-month period, unit sales jumped by 35 per cent to 84,565 units.

So far, there are no signs of sales declining drastically. Domestic bookings for Persona have reached 59,028 units, while Saga hit 91,127 units.

"There's no significant drop in bookings yet," said managing director Datuk Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohd Tahir.

The company also announced the renewal of Syed Zainal's contract although it is unclear if he will stay for another three years, which is the normal industry practice.

The terms of Syed Zainal's new contract are still being worked out, Mohd Azlan said

Proton's second-quarter net profit jumped to RM43.81 million, against RM3.51 million

a year ago. For the six months, its earnings grew to RM95.84 million, compared with a RM43.25 million net loss last year.

Second-quarter revenue jumped by 40 per cent to RM1.84 billion, while six-month revenue climbed 44.8 per cent to RM3.55 billion.

"With this encouraging result, the board is pleased to declare an interim dividend of five sen a share," said Mohd Azlan.

Proton hopes that its soon-to-be-launched multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) will help cushion the rough times.

Syed Zainal said the launch of its MPV is "on track" and it is expected to be out in March next year.

"We are very excited. It opens a new segment for us, a segment that we've never been (in) before," he added.

Perodua Kancil - Crazy Frog (Part One)

This is a standard perodua kancil. It’s look nice, cute very “polite”.
But, some guy feels that the standard perodua kancil is so dull, bored and need a “little” modification. Here we come!!!

A crazy frog!!! This I call rebel modification. Some will ask. “It is perodua kancil”. And I will say, “Yes baby!!” This kancil was through out a huge modification. From bodykit, interior, audio, suspension, power distribution, engine bla bla bla bal (to much!!!)

This rebel modication trademark was it jet engine fan at the rear. It is dummy, but can you build it?

Other trade mark of this crazy frog is it driving system. With six 20 inch tyre and sport rims, how can you rebuild its driving system? It is not 2 wheel, or 4 wheel, but it is 6 wheel!! Pretty amazing huh?

Now, look at it from front side. This side was inspired from Volkswagen (also known as kerete katak) and daihatsu opti. Plus, the esthetica of frog.

The other interesting thing, the bumper and bonnet control by hydraulic system. So, it make easy to change the 20inch wheel. Look at bumper. You can see a little wheel on the lower side of the bumper…
Huh! Surprisingly!

He is the owner of this perodua kancil crazy frog. More like his car. Isn’t it? Huhuhuhuh (Just kidding bro!!!)
